About Me

Hello my name is Jaylen ! Music is my passion and has been for a long time. I first started learning piano at 3 years old, and taught myself. I would listen to songs a few times, and then could replicate the song on piano. I excelled in music throughout my child hood years always becoming first chair in multiple instruments. I always made honor band and honor choir at the top of my class.

I play all woodwinds, brass, percussion, and piano/keyboard. I continued my musical career throughout my teen years and received multiple music scholarships to Bakersfield College in 2011. I graduated with honors in Music and Liberal Studies. Music is my passion. Music is universal and beautiful. As I graduated school, I taught instrumental music, and choir at an elementary level. I have worked with all ages ranging from 5-68.
