Hi, my name is Marlene and I am a singer from Dallas. I have been a student of music for 15 years. Musical influences include 90s, hip hop, pop, rock, country and I also enjoy writing. My teaching style can best be described as student focused. Teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want to help others become their best.

In my lessons, you can expect to learn to read music, warming up your voice, tips and tricks to getting the sound you want! I like to tell my students how awesome they are. My favorite thing about teaching is giving students the best of my knowledge. My favorite performance was 8th grade Motzart. Students love that I am very focused. I primarily teach vocals, but I can also teach writing lyrics. My approach as a teacher is to help students professionally.
