Todd has always loved music from an early age. He began playing drums at the age of 12 and continued his education at Texas State University. His musical influences include Philly Joe Jones, Gregg Bissonette, and John Riley. Todd's favorite thing about music is community and his favorite thing about teaching music is knowing that have become a better musician. One of his favorite teaching experiences was teaching jazz at the San Marcos High-school.
