Cole began playing bass at the age of eight. Over the years, he developed his skills further by practicing regularly and reading up on music theory. He gained performance experience in the Chicago area by playing at such venues as Ravinia Music Festival, Buddy Guy’s Legends blues club and Jazz Showcase and with acts such as Tony Bennett. Though Cole can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are rock, jazz, and hip hop which had great influence on his style of playing.Cole loves music because it gives him an opportunity to express himself and connect to others and loves teaching music because spreading the passion for music is very important.
