Enrique V.

Enrique began playing trumpet at the age of 11. Over the years, he developed his skills further by practicing in different genres and ensembles. He gained performance experience in the orchestra and jazz area by playing at such venues as Chicago Midwest Clinic, Hank's Jazz Festival, Open Mics. He currently directs the Diminished Five jazz band and they play at open mic's around town every other week. Though Enrique can teach many genres of music, his musical personal favorites are jazz which had a great influence on his style of playing. Enrique loves music because it's a way to relax and loves teaching music because he likes helping people.
