Allison has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at the age of 6 and continued her education by attending the Raleigh Music Conservatory, University of North Carolina at Greensboro for a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance, and a Master's degree in Piano Performance and Accompanying from Appalachian State University. One of her favorite teaching experiences was working in Asheville at Piano Lab. When taking lessons with Allison you can expect to explore composition, improvisation, theory, and a broad range of musical styles.
