Julie began playing piano as a child, bass guitar as teen and started singing in her twenties. Over the years, she developed her skills further by working with others and performing. She gained performance experience in the Philadelphia suburbs where she is originally from, by playing at such venues as Sellersville Main Street Theatre, Colonial Theatre, Chaplain's and Steel City Coffeehouse to name a few. Though Julie can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are blues and jazz which had great influence on her style of playing.Julie loves music because it allows her to express her heart and loves teaching music because she loves working with others and helping them to realize their dreams and goals.
