Hi, my name is Jason and I am a male from Manhattan, NY. I have been a student of music for 10+ years. My musical influences include Michael Jackson and I also enjoy Bruno Mars. My teaching style can best be described as, dependable. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I have patience. In my lessons, you can expect to learn the basics, and a few beats. I like to tell my students “take your time, practice makes perfect”. My favorite thing about teaching is getting to see someone progress from becoming a beginner to an expert, that doesn’t need much coaching anymore. My favorite performance was Michael Jackson preforming at the super bowl halftime show in 1993 My students love that I take my time and give them time to learn. I primarily teach drums, but I can also teach the drum pad. My approach as a teacher is to have patience and give students time to develop the skill. Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
