Hello my name is Jamicheal but you can call me J. I have been a part of the music industry for about 9 years and singing professionally for 5 years now now and I love it!! My passion for music started with rap and melodic poetry, with inspirations like Lauren Hill, and Trina. After getting more involved in the industry I started to love singing being inspired by Christina Aguilera, Panic at the Disco, and Amy Winehouse. I have grown into my music genre and I want to help everyone else do the same. I am a Pop / Soul Singer that blends in Rap, I have roots in Theatre, RnB, Gospel and Country genres which helped me become who I am as an artist! I am a very open instructor and I have learned over time that the more honest we are with ourselves as musicians the better we can channel our art.
