I have been in the teaching/tutoring business for over 5 years. I specialize in working with kids but have adult clients as well. I have always loved music and have been playing guitar for 10 years. I have experienced great private instructors during that time, which has inspired me to become one. I love to nerd out over music theory, ear training or just learning some killer songs! I want to help the student meet their goals and fall in love with the makings of music. Overall I want to make lessons as fun possible! Music can be hard and frustrating and thats why I want to your number one supporter! I know seeing progress can be what motivated most to keep going and I can assure you we can find a way to always keep moving forward! I truly believe that the best way to learn an instrument is to make it as fun as possible. I want to get the student playing their favorite songs as soon as possible. I make my lessons student centered, meaning that I will design the lesson around what the students wants to learn.
