What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
We would start by learning simple snare drum techniques alternating sticks, and learning to count in cadence. I will teach them basic reading in standard notation up to sixteenth notes. We would also start learning basic drum beats with bass, snare. and hi-hat. I encourage listening to music they like and picking songs we can play along to as well. After six months or so we will work on fills around the toms and coming back to the beat.
