Hi, my name is Alex and I am a voice teacher from Orlando. I have been a student of music for over 10 years. My teaching style can best be described as engaging, fun, and caring. My main goal in teaching is that my students feel supported and are given the tools to be successful in whatever they want to pursue! One of my favorite learning experiences was when I had the opportunity to participate in the InterHarmony International Music Festival in Acqui Terme, Italy. Not only was the location inspiring, but I got to work with amazing teachers and colleagues and had many performance opportunities. This experience prepared me for my audition for Graduate school. What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I can help any student of any age learn the basics of healthy singing. I do specialize in classical music, but I can also teach students who want to sing musical theater. The first lesson will be a getting to know you session where I can learn more about the student and their current level of understanding in singing. Then, we will discuss your goals and take the steps necessary to meet them.
Formal Education:
I will graduate in 2022 with my Master of Arts in Music from the University of Central Florida. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Music from The Ohio State University in 2014.
Performing Experience:
I have performed in opera scenes programs, my recital, and many other solo and group opportunities through the InterHarmony International Music Festival.
