About Me
I began playing bass guitar at the age of 12. Over the years, I developed his skills further, playing in churches, in-school concert band, and nursing home recreation programs. I am an experienced performer and have played at numerous NYC venues, including Rockefeller Center, Nublu, Blank Bamboo, and C'mon Everybody, and with acts such as THAThousepartyTHO, Producer Mondays, and Lowhency Pierre. Though I can teach many different genres of music, my personal favorites are Jazz, Funk, R&B, Alt-R&B, Progressive Metal, Indie rock, and Neo-soul, which had a great influence on his style of playing. I believe that music innovates and inspires creativity from an honest place. I love teaching music, as it allows others to discover their own truth and develop the tools to create from it. My students will gain a general understand of recording in Logic Pro X, how to navigate through it comfortably.
What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
We will go over the fundamentals of song structure chord progressions, melodies, time signature etc. and how to build upon basic ideas. After learning about song structure we can explore how to use them to develop your feelings and ideas into a song. The focus is mainly on the instrumental side.
What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner -
My students will gain general knowledge of the keyboard and learn comfortable ways to play across it. I will also teach music theory and how it relates to the keys on the keyboard. Emphasis on triads, inversions, scales and intervals.
What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
My students will gain general knowledge of the fretboard and comfortable ways to play across it. I will teach music theory and how it relates to the neck of the guitar. How to play with a good sense of rhythm.

My students will gain general knowledge of the fretboard and learn comfortable ways to play across it. I will teach music theory and how it relates to the neck of the bass. Heavy focus on rhythm and how to groove with metronomes and drummers.
