Emilia has been playing the violin her whole life. Literally. Starting at the age of 3, she has not stopped since. She is currently a B.A student at the Peabody Institute studying violin performance with Judith Ingolfsson. In addition to studying with Professor Ingolfsson, her passion for chamber music influenced her to study with Michael Kannen as well. While studying to become a better performer, she enjoys doing gigs outside of her major in her free time. She likes recording new pieces for her classmates and does outside work such as performing for weddings. Sometimes she will volunteer to perform at shelters and nursing homes. Emilia has also taught for a year under Orchkids with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
