Jazmene began playing Bass Guitar at the age of 13. Over the years, she developed her skills further by joining every band she could find. She gained performance experience in the Jazz composition area by playing at such venues as The Mann Music Center and Kimmel Center with acts such as Stanley Clarke and Adam Blackstone. Though Jazmene can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are R&B and Jazz which had a great influence on her style of playing. Jazmene loves music because it's a language everyone understands and loves teaching music because it brightens everyone's day.
