Retired from Army National Guard band with 13 years as a professional bass trombone player. I am 55 years old and have been playing trombone since the age of 14. I have an associate's degree in music, a bachelor's degree in applied management, a master's degree in education, and. a doctorate in education.

Formal Education:
University of Southern Mississippi from 1. Trombone lessons from Dr. Marta Hofacre. Associate Degree from Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Music Education with an emphasis in both instrumental and choral music.
Performing Experience:
1987 performed with the Mississippi Lion's All-State Band. We went to Taiwan and Hawaii and performed at the Pearl Harbor Memorial. Performed with the 41st Army National Guard Band for 13 and a half years. Performed in Morraco and the Azores. Also performed in Bolivia and Brazil.
Experience Teaching:
Currently working with Superproof and have 4 current students. Been with Superproof for 5 years.
