My name is Art. I began playing the piano at the age of 5. I am Juilliard trained and have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Piano Performance. I have taught piano for over twenty years to children and adults, as well as those with learning disabilities. Piano lessons and practice need to be enjoyable, so I am all about making learning a fun and rewarding experience. I am an extremely patient teacher and adapt lessons to the individual student. Classical, Popular, Jazz, and Oldies music as well as scales, theory, and ear training are concepts that can be incorporated into our lessons. I have performed and given recitals at many venues, and look forward to helping you to reach your musical potential.
