About Me

Hi, my name is Kristian! I am a small town artist & lead singer for band Escape The Circus! I am based out of Wadsworth, Ohio. I have been a music student for years. I’ve performed shows everywhere in the United States including Los Angeles, Virginia Beach, Miami, Cleveland, Columbus, & Nashville! I’ve auditioned for the Voice once & received two callbacks in 2019. When I was in high school from freshman year to senior year, I was initiated with School of Rock of Strongsville, Ohio where I would perform a show every other month! My musical influences include Jon Bellion, Paramore, Adele, JC Stewart, Clinton Kane, Lauv, John K, Smilez, JP Sax, Usher, Bryson Tiller, & dvsn. I love cooking & taking care of my dog Lizzy! She is a Norwegian Elkhound mixed with German Shepard. My teaching style can best be described as timely & effective. For every new student I require a webcam call through the app for their first lesson so that we can find out whether we work for each other or not! If we want to continue we can schedule in person lessons. I like to work at the student’s own pace while implementing techniques that they can utilize in their own ways. I always tell my students that it’s about how much time & passion you put into your craft that determines where you go with it! In my lessons, you can expect to learn new vocal techniques, warm-ups, & breathing techniques that you can do at home, in the car, before a show/performance, or even when you’re singing in the shower!
