I began playing piano at the age of 14 and taught myself most of what I know. Over the years, I developed these skills further by teaching myself hundreds of songs that I enjoyed and working with other skilled musicians. I gained performance experience by playing weekly at my church, playing in front of up to 700 people at a time. Though I can teach many different genres of music, my favorite type of music is contemporary Christian music as well as modern pop, which have had great influences on my style of playing. I love music, especially piano, because it allows me to express myself and be creative in ways I could not be anywhere else. Regardless of if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned player, I am confident that my skills and my passions will help you to reach your music goals!
