About Me
I have been involved in music education since 1991. Most of my career has been as elementary and middle school music teacher. I have taught in private and public schools in California, Indiana as well as in a school for missionary children in Papua New Guinea. I have worked as a worship leader in several different church settings. My primary instrument is voice although I have also taught private guitar, ukulele and piano lessons. I play acoustic guitar, some electric guitar, ukulele, bass, keyboard, and trumpet.

Performing Experience:
Most of my performing has been either in a church setting or as the director of choirs and student performing groups. I was part of a small group of male singers called the Kingsmen from Biola University. We performed together in the late '80s and 90's. In 2020 we had a virtual reunion and we recorded 2 songs.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught elementary and middle school since the early 1990s. Most of my teaching has been in a General Music classroom setting, but I have directed many choirs and most recently have taught guitars, ukulele and music technology classes. My private lessons have included voice, ukulele, piano, guitar and brass instruments.
