Sidneyis a multi-talented musician whose skills range from teaching, scoring, composition, performance and recording. I have for many years used the computer and associated programs to perform these tasks. I have taught computer class work with individuals and for Chicago Public Schools. I believe a program for teaching all the aspects of music production, scoring, and notation would benefit young students and prepare them for multiple opportunities in music. I have worked for 40 plus years as guitar player, arranger, and youth choir director for a south side mega church as well as for other churches in the Chicagoland area. Have worked with the Stellar Awards television show and other individual artists. My youth choir performed with the Joffery Ballad's Nutcracker as well as Sunday services, special events, and with the Old Town School of Folk Music's Nut Tapper Chrismas performance at the Antheneum Theater in Chicago.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Beginners: Learn parts and history of guitar along with the beginnings of music notation and some fun tunes using proper tecnique. Intermediate: More notation and various styles from pop to traditional jazz. Advanced: Improvation in the various styles along with composition for guitar and Use of guitar in arranging and ochestration
Formal Education:
Studied under James Mack at Loop Jr College, Studied voice, Composition, Pedology, Classical guitar, and Piano at RoosevelUniversity Chicago Musical College.
Private Education:
Also classical guitar University Chicago private lessons.
Performing Experience:
Various bands and sideman jobs around Chicago, Musical Director for Melba Moore, Reginald Torian of the Impressions, Reggio "The Hoofer", Written, performed and arranger for various artists: Jonathan Butler, Gerald Albright, Melba Moore, Etc.
