About Me

Hi! My name is Monisha and I have been singing for 23 years! I have taken choral programs for 8 years and learned amazing things about music, such as reading notes and playing the piano! I have performed in music festivals, a play, and have done open mics for fun! I write songs as well and have a couple recorded with self made instrumentals as a musician that goes by Maxima! I taught on Simbi as a vocal coach! I will teach fun vocal warm ups that are important for your voice before singing and it helps with diction and vocal range as well! Singing is a great way to express oneself and I will help you release your inner star!

What to expect in my Vocal Lessons

Students should expect to learn the music scale Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Ti Do, how to do vocal warm ups, platforms/software resources for recording, and how to use their voice to sing to its full capacity!

What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons

- - Advanced

Students should expect to write in different styles, according to genre and type of song. They will use instrumentals to write to or write a capella. They will be able to come up with their own original words and use dictionaries, a thesaurus, and rhyme words to help them write a song!
