Well, I started in Band when I was in 5th grade. I started learning the tuba along with a bass guitar, both are same music reading platforms, in 7th grade. Where I competed in several competitions for solos play. Where I became my valuable 7th grader in my class, along with going to the state music band as a tuba player. Played thru out my school life even til I graduated. My last year I was president of our band. Along with tuba. I played bass for basketball games. Jazz concerts.
