Born in Lubbock, TX, Mr. has been teaching music in public schools since 2017. Prior to becoming a music teacher, Mr. completed his bachelor's degree in music education from the University of Georgia in 2015 and a master's degree in Music and Human Learning from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. Mr. is a veteran of the US Marine Corps, serving as a percussionist with the Parris Island Marine Band from 2. He has been married to his wife, Erin, since 2011 and they have one son, Conley.
