Sophie began playing piano at 5 years old. She took Keyboard and AP Music Theory as an elective in high school where she gained experience performing. She then graduated early to pursue music school at St. Pete College to move up to a higher state school later. Sophie has special experience with early learning, working as a preschool teacher, private nanny, and tutor. Sophie can teach practically any song, but she strives to teach students how to teach themselves through learning techniques and mastery. Her musical personal style is classical/jazz improvisation and this allows her to understand fundamentals from any genre. Sophie loves music because it soothes the soul and loves teaching music because it is extremely rewarding mentally and emotionally.
