The drum kit is one of the heaviest, loudest, and most inconvenient musical instruments in existence. Yet, so many of us want to play the drums. Why? Because drumming is awesome. I have over 20 years of drumming experience, and 2+ years of teaching. Rather than forcing students to play boring exercises on a pad like some drum teachers, I incorporate the fundamentals of drumming in a more holistic and engaging way. My teaching style is highly individualized; thus, lessons are tailored to your interests, learning style, goals, and musical tastes.
