Hi, I’m Riley and I’m new to the Atlanta area but certainly not new to singing. I recently moved away from Nashville, TN in order to pursue more film acting opportunities in Atlanta. I caught the music bug at an early age after performing my first solo in a children’s choir. From Ella Fitzgerald to Tori Kelly, and Pentatonix to Jeremy Jordan, my influences have given me a deep understanding of what makes for a great vocal performance. I fostered my love for the creative arts by branching into the world of theatre and film. Some of my favorite credits include Fairy Godmother (Cinderella), Gabriella Montez (High School Musical), Esther Smith (Meet Me in St, Louis), and Ann Deever (All My Sons).

Riley’s philosophy is that the student should learn how to teach and direct themselves by having a deep understanding of how the voice works. In her lessons, She will work through the basics of vocal technique to establish a healthy foundation. Then she will teach the mechanisms of the voice so that each student can articulate their function. Each class is structured for the student to work on a performance piece and receive instruction based on their current skill level and needs. Riley’s primary objectives are 1)pitch accuracy, 2)memorization, 3)blocking, 4)performance. Even if the student won’t pursue voice professionally, they hone skills essential to life: active listening, critical thinking, auditory observation, public performance technique, healthy voice etiquette, quick memorization, problem solving, and more!!!
