Hi, I'm Miriana. I have been playing piano since I was a young child. Initially, I was taught beginning piano lessons by family members and friends, but after I learned to read sheet music, I progressed on my own until I could play piano for church. I taught beginning piano to four children for several months last year and then recently restarted teaching piano. I studied early childhood education in college and learned how to tailor education to each individual child, gaining experience along the way. Just like in a preschool classroom, each child that I teach piano to is different, and so the lessons and goals for each child look very different from one another. I started piano lessons with each child by getting to know them and their specific strengths then building a teaching plan for each child to build upon their individual strengths. I look forward to expanding my experience and skills in beginning piano instruction and getting to know your child.
