Hello! My name is Issac. I am Florida grown and have been in St. Petersburg all of my life. Music is my passion and it brings me so much joy being able to play music. I used to think you need to be “gifted”. Through hard work I’ve been able to break those barriers. Anyone can pick play and play guitar at any age!! It all starts with believing in yourself. :) My favorite band of all time is Grateful Dead, but I love all genres and styles of music including jazz, rock, country,folk, bluegrass, classical, R&B, and much more. I am currently in the MIRA program at SPC learning how to record in a professional setting as a recording producer/audio engineer. I have 2 years of experience recording at home. I know how to use Pro Tools, Logic, and FL studio.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - - Intermediate
You should expect to be given weekly (bi-weekly if you are very busy) goals that you will be able to accomplish. The goals I create will be catered to your specific needs to make you a more proficient player. I am a no nonsense kind of guy who likes to get straight to where the solution may be.
Formal Education:
I have my high school diploma and I am currently getting my degree in music for live sound/audio engineering. I was a self taught guitarist until I started proper lessons about 3 years ago.
Performing Experience:
I perform at open mics from time to time and I’ve done rock ensemble in college, but my focus has turned to my band called 66th and 5th! We are getting our hands wet in the music scene with local bands right now. You may hear of us soon, I guarantee it!
Experience Teaching:
I taught privately in homes and on my college campus for over a year. I can confidently teach anyone in the beginner phase! I can help you get out of your intermediate guitar phase if you feel stuck.
