Dustin has always loved music from an early age. He began singing at the age of eight and continued his education by performing in choirs, musicals, theatres, and theme parks all over the world. His musical influences include Sandi Patty, Alan Menken, Sir Elton John, Idina Menzel, and he loves musical theatre, choral music, and film scores. .Dustin's favorite thing about music is telling a story through song. His favorite thing about teaching music is watching a student gain confidence and find his/her/their authentic voice. One of his favorite teaching experiences was teaching a student when she was eight that has now been on Broadway!
