About Me
Hi, my name is Abigail, and I am a music teacher from Texas. I have been a student of music for 13 years. My musical influences include alternative rock and I also enjoy contemporary instrumental. My teaching style can best be described as play-based and fun. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I believe that every student can flourish as a musician. In my lessons, you can expect to learn theory, musicality, and how to bring your own voice to the music. My favorite thing about teaching is watching students achieve their own goals. My students love that I can joke around and have fun. I primarily teach trombone and piano, but I can also teach french horn, tuba, trumpet, and voice. Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
