Anna V.

Hi, my name is Anna, and I am a Percussionist from New Prague, Minnesota. I have been a student of music for ten years. Besides percussion, I also play the trombone, piano, and dabble in the accordion. I have played in pep bands, marching bands, concert bands, and jazz bands. Currently, I'm continuing to study music at Normandale Community College, and hope to transfer to the University of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and earn a degree in Music Performance and Instrument Repair. I feel that music is a very important part of all of our lives, and that every person should be given an opportunity to learn music at a pace that works for them. I'm very open to teaching beginners, even if you've never touched an instrument before! My teaching style will vary depending on the needs, and wants, of a student. Everybody experiences music and instrumentation uniquely, and I want to honor those experiences with flexible lessons.
