Hi, my name is Caleb and I am a piano instructor from Ashland. I have been a student of music for twelve years. My musical influences include hymns, indie, and jazz. I also enjoy traditional cultural music. My teaching style can best be described as fun and engaging. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I always put the student's needs first. In my lessons, you can expect to learn music composition, music reading, and rhythm. I like to tell my students that the glory is God's. My favorite thing about teaching is sharing what I love with others. My favorite performance was when I played my original composition, "The Thought of Poseidon." My students love that I always come with a positive and excited attitude. I primarily teach piano, but I can also teach music composition. My approach as a teacher is to learn about the student first, and customize that student's experience to best fit their needs.
