Hi, My name is Syd. I have been singing since I could talk, and I started playing guitar and piano around age seven. I’ve been playing bass since I was twelve, and drumming since I was fifteen. I’ve been on stage since I was twelve years old. And i’ve been in several music schools from the time i was ten. Since I started in music so young, I have a passion for teaching young people and getting them involved in music. I have been teaching vocals, guitar, bass and keys for about three years now professionally. I started teaching drums and ukulele last year as well. I am in a few local bands. I am all musician. Whether I’m teaching music, on stage with one of my bands, playing for fun, or listening to the radio, I am constantly surrounded by music. I love all kinds of music; classic rock, country, jazz, musical theatre, metal, classical; you name it, I will probably find something I love about it.
