Maddie M.

Maddie has been passionate about music from a young age, growing up singing and dancing to show tunes with her family. She began learning the piano in second grade and added the flute to her repertoire in middle school. Her love for music deepened as she became the drum major for both her high school and college marching bands. Maddie holds a degree from NC State, where she minored in vocal performance, and she is eager to share her love of singing and music with others. After two years of teaching chorus with WCPSS, she is excited to transition to one-on-one instruction, where she can tailor lessons to each student’s unique needs and goals. In lessons with Maddie, you can expect to develop strong classical techniques that will support your individual voice, along with music literacy skills to help you become an autonomous performer.
