I was inspired to learn the drums, at 15 years old, when I joined my first band. I was in that band through out highschool. I learned how to play the drums by sight and ear. Some of my major influences are Jon Bohnam, Kenneth Shaulk (Candiria), Travis Barker, and Jon Theodore (Mars Volta). I played in local heavy rock band, called Eyeagainst. We have been playing shows for 10 yrs, and have done some extensive touring. I have opened up for many national bands, including Korn and the Deftones at the Woodlands. My band has been nominated by the Houston Press several years for best Hardcore band in Houston.
