About Me

Hi! My name is Ricardo! Originally from Venezuela, I became a Violin student at the age of 5 and 19 years of practice, practice and more practice have made me an avid lover of the violin and every single thing about playing this instrument. Last year I was invited to play with Andrea Bocelli during his Tour in the USA in San Antonio, TX. At the beginning of 2017 I won an award in my home country that allowed me to travel to Vienna, Austria and study with the renowned violinist Anna Kandinskaya. One year later I got accepted into Lynn Conservatory of Music located in Boca Raton, FL to study with Elmar Oliveira, the first American to win the Gold medal in the Tchaikovsky International Competition in Moscow, Russia. During the recent months I've been able to teach a 6 year old how to play the violin from scratch, after almost 4 months he is playing full pages of music and sight reading them like it's nothing. Something that I'm very proud of.
