About Me

I have brought joyous voice and piano lessons and Recitals to homes for 13 years. My students enjoy my time with them. I build trust and inspiration. My students have had high marks and placements in school shows or musicals and competitions. My teaching was posted in the Charlotte Sun Newspaper in Florida. I received my Outstanding Soprano Singer award in my 2 college year. I made Soprano section leader in that same year, and got placed in the top performing/touring choir Schola Cantorum at Houston Christian University. I received operatic solos on tour. I have sung the lead roles in the opera Lucia di Lammermoor and the opera Lakme. I am a former two time choir director, and elementary substitute teacher. I can make your piano and voice lessons fun and customized teaching you in your home, or online. I host/offer seperate piano and voice parties with games and prizes for you and your friends and family to get to know my sweet and talented teaching personality and how I leave my smiles on my students! I host private and group recitals in your home or through Zoom or Taylor Robinson's Web Cam. I am an experienced CEO and teacher of Bel Canto Music Lessons for 13 years. I have 5 star reviews. I started singing at age 5 and enriched my talent through voice lessons and through serving the music ministry at church. In high school I ranked #2 singer in the entire district of sopranos. Then got a vocal scholarship of Opera Workshop at Houston Christian University (3 yrs of study), and an award for Most Outstanding Soprano opera singer. I am a semi finalist from NATS competition. I am a Dean's List recipient. My students have testified they learn a lot in a short time and have stated their happiness exclaiming that I am the best Voice teacher. I started playing piano at age 8 in school and also did little gigs at assisted living elderly homes, in which I also sang for them. Then I got a music scholarship to Houston Christian University and studied 3 years under the gifted piano instruction of my professors. I was best in class for Ear training sight singing in Music Theory, I even tutored my collegues. I have perfect pitch.
