Meryn L.

Meryn has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at the age of 7 and continued her education by joining community musical theater projects and eventually starting classical vocal training at the age of 14. She has been extremely active in school choirs from middle school through college and is currently a member of the University of Utah's A Capella ensemble. Moreover, at the University of Utah she is studying to get her state teaching license in Music Education. Her musical influences include a wide range from Maria Callas to Hayley Williams. Meryn's favorite thing about music is the opportunity to connect with people through song and her favorite thing about teaching music is seeing students' joy when they learn a new concept.
