Joshua began playing guitar at the age of 11. Over the years, he developed his skills further by studying tablature, learning different instruments, and playing along with other musicians of a wide variety of styles. He gained performance experience in the Lewis, Pierce, and King County area by playing at such venues as Uncle Sam's in Spanaway, The Backstage in Tacoma, and Studio 7 in Seattle and with acts such as Stony Balony, Whiskey Crows, and Turbulence. Though Joshua can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are hard rock and blues which had great influence on his style of playing.Joshua loves music because it is relaxing and healing and loves teaching music because the joy music spreads is priceless.
