Hello! My name is Taylor, and my favorite thing about music is the power that it holds to change people’s lives. Simply one interaction with the right coach can change ones’ life for the better, and I hope to be able to do that for my students! I am a student-centered educator, meaning that my lessons will be based off the needs of the student, and what the student would like to accomplish through taking voice lessons. Music and singing have been a part of my life as far as I can remember. I decided to further my skills and education by studying music education in college. I am a recent graduate of the University of Mount Union gaining a Bachelor’s of Music Education degree for ages K-12 with a focus in voice. Through my time at college, I have had many performance opportunities, including performing as Marcelina in “The Marriage of Fígaro”. I love to teach many genres, but my favorites are opera, musical theatre, and pop. I am very excited to learn how to help my students accomplish their learning goals, and I hope to meet you soon!
