Zac began playing guitar at the age of 16. Over the years, he learned to embrace his unique methods of playing, discovering that these small details are the key to realizing a musicians individual style. He gained performance experience in the Knoxville area by playing at such venues as Preservation Pub and Scruffy City Hal,l and with acts such as "Only On The Weekends" and "Jackson Ave." Though Zac can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Hard Rock, Punk, and Funk, which had great influence on his style of playing. Zac loves music because its so much fun, but also because it allows the musician to express themselves in ways that are impossible otherwise.
