Yanira has always loved music from an early age. She began playing the violin at the age of 6 and played for nine years before discovering her real love of singing. She got her music education degree from Shepherd University with a vocal emphasis in December 2015 and has been teaching private lessons on and off since. Yanira loves to train singers in both classical and musical theater styles. Yanira's favorite thing about music is that it is universal, and her favorite thing about teaching music is that you can explore the world by studying it.
