Hi, my name is Joshua, and I’m a musician from Sidney. Music has been a part of my life from a young age—I come from a family with generations of musicians, so you could say it’s in my blood! I studied music production at Berklee College of Music, and my influences span a wide range of styles, from classic rock to contemporary pop and beyond. My teaching style is organic and tailored to each student’s unique needs. I believe that learning music should be an enjoyable and personal journey, so I adapt my approach to fit your goals, whether you're a beginner or an experienced musician looking to refine your skills. In my lessons, you can expect to learn solid vocal techniques, improve your control and expression, and develop confidence in your voice. I also teach guitar, helping students build strong foundational skills while exploring different styles and techniques. I like to tell my students that music is all about connection—expressing yourself and communicating emotions in a way that words sometimes can't. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing my students grow, find their own sound, and gain confidence in their abilities.
