Hi, everyone! I'm Josh, and I'm a songwriter, performer and teacher, focusing primarily on guitar, voice, and bass. I've always had an interest in music, playing the trumpet and saxophone in grade school, but it wasn't until I turned 15 and went to my first concert that I picked up the guitar, and I haven't put it down since. I studied under the tutelage of Granger Odum from The Vocal Studio of Granger Odum in Marion, IL, and I've been teaching my own students since 2020. I do love music in all its forms, but I especially appreciate when someone is interested in punk, heavy metal, or any other alternative genres, and I think that students learn best when they're playing what they what they love.
