Hi, my name is William and I am a guitarist and bassist from Troy. I have been a student of music for over 10 years. I started with trombone in middle school and highschool before picking up the guitar. I enjoy playing rock and metal, but I also play worship music for my church every week. When teaching I like to try to give as many perspectives as I can so my students get a full understanding of music. In my lessons, you can expect to learn songs, chords, scales, rhythms, and song structures. I also try to teach 'correct' from from a technical stand point. Music is ever changing and a constant learning process.

Beginner - Intermediate
I will teach on a student by student basis, so there is no hard and fast curriculum. You can expect to learn song structure, scales, chords, and rhythms. If you just want to learn how to play certain songs, I can do that to and write out some tabs. I try to teach "proper" form with regards to the picking hand and fretting hand. I will also teach the terminology of the guitar and its accessories, as well as show maintenance tips if wanted.
What to expect in my Record Engineer Produce
Beginner -
I will teach the basics of recording and mixing. This will encompass recording vocals, guitar and bass mainly. I have yet to mic a full drum kit, but I will soon. And also how to mix these so that they sit well with each other.
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
