Ian began playing piano at the age of 6. Over the years, he developed his skills further by adding other instruments to his musical interests. He gained performance experience in the Boston area by playing at such venues as Berklee Performance Center and in the recording studio and with talents such as Abraham Laboriel, John Robinson Jr., and Marty Walsh. He is a published songwriter with over 60 placed tracks on the hit series Access Hollywood, Dr. 90210, and other E Entertainment programming. Ian loves music because he grew up in a musical household and loves teaching music because ‘cracking the code’ of music became a passion of his.
