Hi, my name is Ben and I am a professional pianist and vocalist from Louisiana. I have been a student of music for 30+ years. My teaching style can best be described as fun, relaxed, but also with the goal of helping my students improve and excel. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that each student has their own strengths and abilities, and anyone can become a musician with enough practice. In my lessons, you can expect to learn exactly what you set your expectations for. I am happy to teach the fundamentals of music theory, but also very capable of teaching the shortcuts of how to make the piano sound amazing in a short amount of time.
