Nick (Marissa) N.

Hi, my name is Nick and I am a bass player from the Cincinnati area. I have been a student of music for eight years. My musical influences are varied, with anything from metal to Arabic music, and I also enjoy songwriting. My teaching style can best be described as compassionate, as I urge my students to be comfortable and confident in themselves. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I believe each of my students has the potential to be absolutely amazing in whatever they choose to work hard towards. In my lessons, you can expect to learn whatever you are interested in, as I like to let you decide what you enjoy doing. I like to tell my students that anything is possible with hard work. My favorite thing about teaching is helping others realize their full potential. My favorite performance was when I got to perform at the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. My students love that I am encouraging. I primarily teach rock and metal, but I can also teach bass for practically any genre and beginning guitar.
