I grew up in a very musical family, learning both piano and voice from a young age. Music has been my passion since childhood, and I explored education in music performance and education before life swept me into other avenues. Over the years, I've been blessed with the opportunity to share the incredible and expansive gift of music to not only students of all ages through private music lessons and substitute teaching in a public school setting, but also to audiences across the country through professional performances and to several church congregations during Sunday services. I enjoy the challenge of teaching and look forward to adapting my lesson plans to each student's unique learning style. The diverse range of skills learned while mastering an instrument yes, your voice counts! will stick with students for life, like the discipline, perseverance, and ability to accept and overcome failure.
